What we collect

We collect the name and email address you provide when you request a free guide, submit a contact form, or sign up for our mailing list. If you choose to provide a phone number, we collect that as well.

• Send you the free resource or guide you requested.
• Respond to your questions.
• Send occasional updates about Oklahoma real estate, if you have subscribed.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Email confirmation (double opt-in)

When you sign up, you can download our free guides right away. Before we send you any newsletter or other marketing email, we first send you a confirmation email, and we only add you to the mailing list after you click the link in it. If you do not confirm, we will not send you marketing emails.

How to unsubscribe

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe at any time by emailing eliteedgeproperties@eliteokcedge.com. We honor unsubscribe requests promptly.

How long we keep your information

We retain your information for as long as you remain subscribed or as needed to respond to your inquiry, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Who we share information with

We may share information with our supervising broker, Copper Creek Real Estate, LLC, when necessary to assist you with a real estate transaction. We use service providers to send emails and operate our website on our behalf; these providers process data for us and do not use it for their own purposes.

Your rights
