Licensed real estate agent in Oklahoma · OREC #209378 · English and Spanish

I am originally from the beautiful country of Mexico. My parents and grandparents are from Oaxaca, and my mother brought me to the United States when I was 12. I have now lived in Oklahoma for 32 years.

What led me to real estate is that I love working with people and helping them find what they are looking for. I have worked in customer service my whole life, and now, walking with people through such an important decision, I get to see the result of that purpose of serving.

I have been licensed for two and a half years, and what has surprised me most along the way is the connections I have made with so many clients and investors. It has been a beautiful experience.

My favorite part of the process is learning why each person decides to buy or sell, because every client has a unique story.

What I wish every client knew before buying or selling is how important it is to ask questions, so you are better prepared for this big step in your life.

Serving people in Spanish or English matters to me because it makes sure the information is clear and easy to understand in every situation.

In my free time I enjoy sharing meals with my family, serving at my church and in my community, and making the people around me smile. And when there is time, I do electrical work: I love electricity.

If you are nervous about reaching out for the first time, I would tell you: "I'm nervous too. But you know what? We're in this together to make it happen."

I have lived in Oklahoma my entire life, and today I am based in Yukon as a proud homeowner.

Going through the process of buying my own home is what made me want to help other people reach that same goal. For some of my clients that path is a traditional purchase; for people who are not able to get approved by a bank yet, it can be a lease-to-own home.

I have been licensed for over two years, and the biggest surprise along the way was becoming an investor myself. Today I not only help people become homeowners, I can also offer homes for them to move into. Their reactions and their gratitude are priceless.

As a buyer's agent, my favorite part is the search. With my own home it took six showings to find the right one. What I tell my clients is that you will feel it when it is the right one: it won't feel like a house for sale, it will feel like home.

My best advice for buyers is to get your documents in order before you start: credit score, taxes and debt-to-income. Financing is where I see people struggle the most. For sellers, start with your reason why. Downsizing? Selling without making repairs? Needing more space? Once we know the why, the plan to sell your home becomes much clearer.

As a bilingual agent, I have worked with couples where one spouse speaks Spanish and the other speaks English. Being able to explain everything in both languages means both of them feel comfortable and included, and nobody is left out.

Outside of work I love spending time with my wife, who sometimes comes along with me. I enjoy investing and talking with other business owners about their ideas and companies, and I love looking at sports cars, riding motorcycles and, yes, shopping at Costco.

If you are nervous about reaching out for the first time, just be yourself. I enjoy meeting people and hearing their ideas and plans. Once we find the right home, tell me how you plan to decorate it, or invite me to your housewarming. I love seeing a sold property turn into a home.
